Clean Air Action Fund President Joseph Minott recently penned a piece for the Pennsylvania Capital-Star focused on Pennsylvania’s participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). The piece calls out the Republican lawmakers dead set against the proven approach to curbing fossil fuel emissions and the reckless legislation they’ve proposed to try to stop it.
